Our Company History

I've been creating art for a very long time. My work has been shown in Art openings throughout my life beginning at the age of 4 ,due to its uniqueness. My former training was in Oil Painting and patternmaking but I managed to find my passion in jewelry making. The inspirations for my creations begins first and foremost with my love of God and then from my physical surroundings and respect of the Earth. I have a nak to use my resources and it is there where the creations unfold. I currently live off the shores of Long Island and have the ability and inspiration of using materials formed from the sea. I hope you enjoy the tour. Thanks for looking.

My name is Rosemary and I started my company in April of 2003. I started it as a means to display my art that was only showcased in my home and share it with the public. My small business enabled me to work at home to care for my young children and earn a small salary at the same time. Unbeknownst to me, many people embraced the idea of recycling and were enamored by the many ways I was able to create art and jewelry from recycled items. I then began to make money by participating in Art and Craft Fairs. By the third year, after much persistance on my part, a strong customer following and patience from my husband and family, business picked up faster than I was able to make my art and I had to hire a salesperson and coerce my teen age daughter to assist in making certain items. I now have my six year old assisting and my husband selling at some shows and they all take pride in what mom is doing. It has now become a family affair and we still enjoy making new art. I now have started selling on a wonderful website called Etsy who represents artists and crafters who would like to sell their hand-crafted items online.
